About Coach

From a young age, I've always had a passion for health and fitness. I played sports growing up, and I was always active. I spent countless hours in the gym, and I tried to learn as much as I could about nutrition, fitness, and exercise. The more I learned, the more I realized that those things don’t need to be fancy or complicated. The most effective programs are those that get back to basics. That's why I'm passionate about CrossFit and applying the methodology to help people improve their lives. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a healthier and happier life, and I'm dedicated to helping them reach their goals.

Turning Point

I found CrossFit in 2013 while serving in the Army. I started coaching on the side, but I quickly realized that I wanted to pursue fitness as a career. I left the Army and became a Registered Dietitian working in sports, but the athletes I worked with seemed to be more interested in short-term results and not long-term wellness. I wanted to help people who were genuinely interested in bettering themselves and having fun while doing it. That's when I decided to open my own gym. The gym is like a second home to me, and I hope I can help other people feel the same way about it.

Motivation & Passion

As a coach, I hope that I can be a spark for learning and growth in someone's life. Too often, people are confused about what they need to do to get in better shape. My goal is to simplify the process of improving health and fitness. Whether it is celebrating wins or helping to push through setbacks, I want to be part of someone's fitness journey. My motivation comes from giving people the extra push to do something that they never thought they could. By being a part of someone's journey, I can help them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health.
